Brand Identity is how you communicate your Product, what your values are, and what you want People to feel when they interact with your Company. In other words, your Brand Identity is the personality of your Business and a promise to your Customers. Here are a few guidelines from WEB ARTIST® to develop a unique Brand Identity:

 

Identify Your Target Audience

To create a solid Brand Identity, you need to share that Identity with your Target Audience. You might create very different Marketing Materials for a Target Audience made up of working moms than you would for single men under the age of 30.

 

Get The Story On Your Customers

Find out what your existing and potential Clients think of you and use that as your starting point. You must have a Brand that recalls current Customers and attracts ideal Customers.

 

Build Your Brand Story

Tell the story of your Brand: who you are, how you have grown, and what is important to you. As the Brand grows, your Brand story grows along with it until it becomes a critical part of the Brand’s marketing message.

 

Communicate Your Message

Once you know how Clients view your Brand, you will need to define their preferred communication channels: YouTube, Ads, or Business to Business publications. Use those channels to communicate your Brand.

 

Counter Your Competitors

Do research about your Competitor on Social Media, Websites and Newspapers. Investigate your Competitors’ weaknesses, and Brand your business with different and better values.

 

Be Authentic

The main component of successful communication is Authenticity. Make sure your company values and your intentions match the Brand of the Company.
